The setup charge covers system setup, senior management team workshop, training and MIS integration setup. The annual charge covers licenses, hosting, storage, backup, support, upgrades and maintenance of the MIS integration. The setup charge is payable at sign up of service. The annual charge is payable at the start of each year of service. All prices exclude VAT. Service can be ordered and taken at any time during the year, with a leadtime of up to 3 months. It is regarded as beneficial for schools if they sign up to the service in groups within the same local authority. Special units can be aggregated within the LA as a single virtual school (designated primary or secondary according to the majority of pupils in the aggregation), and priced in the band according to the aggregated number of pupils. Single school service. MIS integration not included.
